Final pay and PTO in Idaho
Under Idaho Code Section 45-606, employers must pay all final wages to departing employees within 10 business days of separation or by the next regularly scheduled payday, whichever is earlier. However, if an employee makes a written request for immediate payment, the employer must issue the final paycheck within 48 hours of receiving the request.
